Meet at The Farm entry for an hour tour with our Farm manager Andy Carbone. You will learn first hand how regenerative farming works and why as well as hear how we aim to Grow, Feed, Educate & Give Back.
12-1pm
FEED
Enjoy Lunch out in the plot of Hungry Earth Agroecology where we will harvest and create our own lunch. Venetia Scott and Lydia Blocksidge will guide you through seasonal produce, permaculture and how important local food is to save our planet.
1-2pm
EDUCATE
Head over to Suria Foods where you will learn the importance of a zero waste kitchen, how you can turn all waste into fermented foods all while promoting positive gut health.
Meet our market gardener and learn how our produce hits plate at Three Blue Ducks. Josh Dooley from Greens From The Farm will chat all things seasonal and how to create your own market garden.
