Careers at The Farm
Join Our Team
The Farm is more than just a workplace—it’s a living, breathing community built on regenerative farming, sustainability, education, and storytelling. Whether you’re in the fields tending to crops, leading farm tours, or crafting marketing campaigns that share our mission with the world, every role here plays a part in shaping a better future for food, farming, and the land.
We’re a small but passionate team working across farming, education, marketing, events, and sustainability. Each of us brings something different to the table, but whatever brought us here, we all share one thing in common—we give a damn.
We give a damn about the land. About the people. About the future.
What unites us is a shared belief that real change starts from the ground up.
If you’re a change-maker, problem solver, and someone who cares deeply about the impact of your work, you’ll fit right in.
Why We Do What We Do
At The Farm, we’re proving that food can be grown in balance with nature—without chemicals, without shortcuts, and without stripping the land of what it needs to thrive.
Regenerative farming like this isn’t new. It’s old wisdom—practiced for tens of thousands of years by Indigenous cultures who worked with the land, not against it. Along the way, we lost sight of it. Now, it’s time to bring it back.
Our mission is simple: move agriculture away from chemical dependency and towards a regenerative future. We back farmers as caretakers of the land and give consumers the tools to make better choices—seasonal, local, and free from the stuff that doesn’t belong in our food.
Because how we farm shapes the land we walk on, the food we eat, and the future we leave behind.
People don’t just visit The Farm; they experience it. They see what’s possible. They leave thinking differently—about food, farming, and the role they play in it all. The solutions aren’t out of reach—they’re right here, in the ground beneath our feet.
