The Farm Byron Bay cannot accept responsibility for any delays made on behalf of Australia Post, we will take all reasonable measures to ensure your goods are delivered in a timely manner.
All parcels will be sent via tracked post and we will supply an Australia Post tracking number for your reference.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and are happy to exchange any damaged or faulty goods.
Claims for returns of damaged or faulty goods must be made in writing to email@example.com within 21 days of purchase.
Please note that clothing must be unworn and in the condition in which you received it.
