FARM KIDS | SUMMER SCHOOL HOLIDAY WORKSHOPS
Ages 5 and over
Event Description
Join us these summer school holidays for a series of hands-on Farm Kids workshops and Mini Farmers days designed to connect children to real working farm life.
Each session begins with an interactive and educational tour of The Farm. Children will meet our goats, sheep, chickens and bees, explore the flower gardens, herb garden, orchard and veggie gardens, and learn how everything works together.
We introduce concepts such as pollination, healthy soils, composting, seasonal growing and regenerative farming in ways that are practical, playful and grounded in real farm experiences. Along the way, children will meet our friendly farm animals and, when available, taste fresh herbs, edible flowers and seasonal produce straight from the garden.
Learning is hands-on, sensory and rooted in connection to land, food, plants and animals.
