9am – 3pm | $130 | ages 5 to 15 yrs. 

Discussions 

• We talk about the many ways we can love the planet 

• On our farm walk we visit and discuss many of ways The Farm practices sustainability. 

• We look closely at the garbage and composting areas and see how things biodegrade at different rates. We collect items from our beautiful farm to make a nature mobile. 

• Work on our garden plot & water seedlings 

Activities 

• We make a nature mobile from sticks, flowers, seeds and feathers collected and foraged from around The Farm. We incorporate paint and weaving to decorate these. 

WHAT TO BRING 

Children will need: 

• Sturdy walking shoes 

• Raincoat 

• Sunhat 

• Healthy lunch box and water bottle for the day 

• Backpack (to carry above) 

• All items need to be labelled 

WHERE TO MEET 

We will meet at the Farm House opposite the restaurant. Please look out for the signs to guide you.  

AGES 

These workshops are appropriate for children who are interested in farming, energetic and willing to work. 5yrs to 15yrs. 

EXTRA SERVICE 

If you are a working parent please discuss with the Farm Kids Manager if you need your child to start early or finish later than the designated program time so as to get to and from work. For an extra fee this can be arranged.
