All Things Cultured ~ Online Fermentation School
All Things Cultured is an online fermentation school created by Katerina Lazareva, founder of Byron Fermentary at The Farm in Byron Bay. Designed for home cooks, gardeners, and curious fermenters, the school teaches practical fermentation techniques that transform everyday ingredients into nourishing, flavour-packed foods.
Each course is structured as a clear, hands-on learning experience with step-by-step video lessons, written guides, and recipes you can follow at your own pace. All classes can be completed from the comfort of your home, whenever it suits you, with lifetime access to the course materials.
Drawing on ancestral knowledge and modern fermentation methods, Katerina shares the systems she has developed through years of running a closed-loop fermentary — showing how to turn seasonal ingredients into multiple gut-nourishing ferments while reducing food waste.
