Scientists have proven that fermenting fruit and vegetables enhances their nutritional value and turns it into a probiotic gut nourishing food. You will learn about types of fermentation, health benefits, ingredients you need to start fermenting at home, salt ratios and more. After the class you will take home your fermented creations to mature.
