We will meander on a guided tour through our self feeding, generative food production system. Rustle through the foliage and become better acquainted with some of our super star crops such as Banana, Taro and Stinging nettle.

Take the opportunity to get hands on during live demonstrations by our passionate organic growers on how to propagate, care for, harvest and prepare some of these amazing crops that love to grow in our sub tropical region.

Tantalise your tastebuds and sample some delicacies prepared by ex-chef Ryan who happens to be an organic grower here and one of your tour guides! Slow down and tune into nature's rhythm, kick back and enjoy some delicious treats, grown, harvested, prepared and devoured (by you) on this land
